It was wonderful having the student leaders help in the different classrooms as the students displayed their rich cultures and traditions. Students and staff enjoyed the November Mustang Stable Lesson. Hopefully, you saw Mrs. Chrystall's recent PBIS email. The third lesson focused on finding things we have in common.
Parent University - Cozy Up to Curriculum
We are preparing for the D97 Parent University that will be held on Saturday, December 14 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at Lincoln Elementary School. The theme of Parent University is Cozy up to Curriculum. Our focus is to help families understand more about our curriculum and how to assist their child at home. Families will receive the opportunity to attend three 40-minute sessions of their choice.
Show your support for Reese and his family. A new fundraising goal of $75,000 will provide the best possible care for our third grade Mustang. 100% of the funds are designated for the costs of Reese’s therapies and long term recovery.
5Essentials Survey - 23% of Mann families have completed the survey - keep it climbing!! We want every household's voice.
We are administering the Illinois 5Essentials Survey again this year to certified staff and parents/guardians from all 10 of our schools, as well as students in grades four through eight.
