New Visitor Management System
Notification went to families from the Superintendent's office in The Common on August 25 regarding the new Raptor Visitor Management System that the district has implemented in all schools. For your convenience we are sharing that information with you again:
Nashoba Regional School District is pleased to announce that we will begin using the Raptor Visitor Management System in all of our schools to strengthen our program of campus safety for students and faculty. Part of keeping students and faculty safe is knowing who is in our buildings at all times, and the Raptor system will allow us to do that. The Raptor system will better allow us to screen visitors, contractors, and volunteers in our schools and provide us with a safer environment for our students and staff. The Raptor System also allows for accountability of all visitors in the building in the event of an emergency.
Upon entering a district building, visitors will be asked to present an US government-issued ID, such as a Driver’s License, U.S. Passport, or U.S. Military ID which can either be scanned or manually entered into the system. The Raptor system will check to ensure that registered sexual offenders are not entering our school campuses without our knowledge. The Raptor system checks the visitor's name and date of birth for comparison with a national database of registered sex offenders. The registered sex offender database is the only official database checked by the Raptor system. No other data from the ID is gathered or recorded and the information is not shared with any outside agency. Once entry is approved, Raptor will issue a badge that identifies the visitor, the date, and the purpose of his/her visit. A visitor’s badge will not be necessary for those who visit our schools simply to drop off an item in the office or pick up paperwork.
The safety of our students is our highest priority and the Raptor visitor management system allows us to quickly identify those that may present a danger to our students. Thank you in advance for your understanding and your support in enhancing the school safety protocols in our district.

Cross Country Season Registration is Open
The cross-country season begins this week and it is not too late to sign up!
The information below is critical for all students interested in participating in fall sports.
NEW ONLINE REGISTRATION PLATFORM - FINALFORMS! Click here
We are very excited to announce that Nashoba Athletics has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice!
FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.
Click on the Parent Playbook (attached) to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom-right and click “Get Help”.
Please register at: https://nashoba-ma.finalforms.com/ and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms.
Student-athletes must log-in to FinalForms to sign off on numerous documents to become eligible for the season!
If your account is GREEN in FinalForms, then your child is eligible for fall sports. The two head box, one head box, and clock all should be green! (See attached picture)
Physical Examinations – Submit a valid physical to the nurses’ office. Physicals are valid for 13 months to the day of the exam – students with expired physicals will be ineligible to participate until a current physical is submitted. We highly encourage all physicals to be emailed our the school nurse, Ana Amaral - aamaral@nrsd.net
Fall User Fees – User fees for middle school sports are $55.00 per student per season. User fees can be paid by check or online through the district's Unipay site. Checks can be made payable to Luther Burbank MS and given to the coach or dropped off in the main office.
The online payment center can be found at the following link: https://www.nrsd.net/o/nrsd/page/online-payment-center
If you have specific questions regarding a team, please contact the coaches listed below:
Cecilia Sullivan - csullivan@nrsd.net

Lastly, our fall middle school schedules are located on ArbiterLive. These schedules are subject to change, but this will always be the site with the most up to date schedule.
