Note from the Treasurer
Look for information about 2021 dues at the end of April. Each household will receive a letter with information about how to pay dues and when they will be due.
Updates/News
- We are fortunate to have so many kids in our neighborhood, as well as people enjoying walks and runs. Please take extra care as you drive through the neighborhood!
- If you are not already getting the HOA discount ($39 instead of $70) for trash service, you can call Republic and ask for the HOA/neighborhood discount. The number for Republic is 317-917-7300.
- Neighborhood volunteers will be taking care of spring maintenance of the front entrance instead of a hired lawn company, which will save us over $1,500 a year. Thanks to those volunteers!
- A friendly reminder to keep your dogs from wandering throughout the neighborhood and to be mindful of excessive barking.

Dog Waste Station
Bill Reed will be purchasing a dog waste station and installing it on his property. Thank you Bill for helping provide this to keep our neighborhood clean!
