Frontline has rolled out a new, 24/7 online resource filled with helpful documentation, step-by-step articles, video walkthroughs, and recorded webinars to answer questions about your Frontline applications. With simple navigation and a powerful search engine, finding the information you need to navigate and troubleshoot your solutions will be easier than ever.

To navigate to the Learning Center, simply log into Frontline (TEAMS) and click the Question Mark next to your name.

Next click on Frontline Support.

To get help or answers on a question, simply type in a keyword to lookup what you need. If you are having Gradebook issues, simply type in "gradebook" into the search bar in the middle of the screen. A list of articles will populate below. Clicking on one of these articles will take you to page of the article.

You will also notice, there is a "Print" icon at the top. You are able to print out these articles for future reference as well.

Also, to the right there are a list of Categories. You may not be able to see them all, but if you click on "Teachers, Counselors, Administrators" it will take you to a page that breaks down all the articles available by their own category.

From here, you should be able to find the answer to many of your questions regarding Frontline.

The articles also contain screenshots and some even have videos to show you how to execute certain tasks.
