Cheerleading
This was a low key week for the cheer team- finally! After reveling in their PAC win, the team enjoyed a bit of a break before cheering on the boys' basketball team in the first round of the PAC playoffs. The game was exciting and fast-paced, and while it didn't end the way we wanted, it proved that District play will be exciting for the Warriors. The cheer team is looking forward to supporting the team in their playoff journey!
We had a very special honor for one of our senior cheerleaders that we wanted to highlight. Captain Jorja Rembert was presented with a scholarship from the Dennis Rapp Memorial Scholarship Fund. This honor was presented during the Season Rapp Showcase, where the team performed along with numerous other local teams. This scholarship recognizes local cheer athletes who are hard-working, reliable, perseverant and positive leaders. Jorja is all of these and more- we are so very proud of her!!
