Athletes of the Week
The Scouts are Coming!!!
We may not be Gorman, but that hasn't stopped top colleges and universities from making their way to our campus to observe and recruit our talented athletes. Over the past year, numerous programs have visited, showing serious interest in the potential our student-athletes bring to the table. Schools such as Oregon State, Washington State, Army, Colorado State, UNLV, New Mexico State, Minot State, Western Colorado, Southern Utah, UC Davis, San Diego State, Boise State, Utah Tech, Cal Berkeley, and Colgate University have all stepped foot on Canyon Springs' campus to scout our athletes.
Whatβs even more impressive is that several of our athletes are rising academically, maintaining GPAs of 3.0 and higherβmaking them even more marketable to these institutions. A huge thank you to Coach Burts, who has played a major role in bringing these scouts to our doorstep. We also extend our gratitude to the parents, guardians, and community members who continue to support and uplift our athletes in their pursuit of excellence both in sports and in the classroom. Athletics is beyond proud of each and every one of our student-athletes. Keep striving for greatnessβyou are nothing less than amazing!
Much love,
Ms. Johnson
