Points of #PHMExcellence

We are sharing important information with P-H-M families relative to the latest student achievement data in Penn-Harris-Madison. We continue to be proud of our P-H-M Triangle of success connecting students, teachers and parents. We're excited to share with you points of #PHMExcellence from across the district.

Please be sure your child has completed their assessments and assignments in order for them to show their current level of learning.

Here are the steps you will follow to access the information:

1. Login to Family Access

2. Click on the Portfolio tile for your student

3. Click on the download button to download a PDF of the Report Card

4. Once the Report Card has been downloaded, you may print a copy

If you have more than one student, you will need to follow the steps for each child. If you are experiencing a technical difficulty, please send an email to rkowalinski@phm.k12.in.us and we will assist you.

We are excited to invite our GMS 6th grade students to join us for a 6th grade social after school next Friday, September 23 from 4:00 - 5:30 PM.

Parents can plan to pick their child up at 5:30 at Door A.
