Card Creation
Skyview students created cards for patients at Einstein Hospital as part of Community Service Day.
From Einstein Hospital:
"We can't tell you how much we appreciate the cheery, thoughtful Get Well cards that you sent for distribution to our patients. Your great drawings, design and good wishes bring so much joy to the patients and brighten their days in the hospital. Keep spreading sunshine into the lives of others!"
Montco Senior Center Visit
Skyview is excited to partner with the Montco Senior Center. This year B.L.A.S.T. members created Thanksgiving placements and the organization visited as part of Community Service Day.
Thanks a million Skyview staff and students, your donations are appreciated. This was the only gift some seniors will receive. When I passed them out they were above surprised and grateful."
Here is an excerpt from a thank-you note received from the Montco Senior Center:
"We were able to stuff large donated stockings with the donations from Skyview students.
Every senior that came today was given one. The cough drops were a huge hit. Everything else was awesome too.The band shared their music today too.Thanks a million Skyview staff and students, your donations are appreciated. This was the only gift some seniors will receive. When I passed them out they were above surprised and grateful."
