Santa Cruz was built on August 28 1791. It is the 12 mission built. The Agwaswas indian tribe built the mission. The founder of the mission is father Fermin Lasuen. Idians ,soilders and missionary's lived in the mission. In 1791 was the founding of the mission. The location of Santa Cruz is CA 95060 United States.
Daily Life
Yakuts, Neophyte, Costanoan and the Agwaswas indians lived in Santa Cruz. The indians cooked, farmed and builded. The women's cooked the men farmed and builded the children went to school. They grown crops of bushel, grain and produce. There was a school and a church. There was free time for one hour. At 6:00 A.M the bells rang . 6:00-6:30 A.M was time for prayers after that they ate breakfast. At 1:00 P.M was a rest period. 3:00 P.M everyone goes back to work. 7:00 free time,8:00bed time for women, and 9:00 bedtime for men.
Mission Today
Santa Cruz is still open today. Santa Cruz still has service. There is a museum at the mission today.
