Young Adult Bonfire, Smores, and Faith
“Heavenly Father, form in us the likeness of your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, and deepen his life within us that we may be like him in word and deed. Increase our eagerness to do your will and help us to grow in the knowledge of your love and truth."
This certainly was the collective prayer of the young adults present at the Converge Young Adult Ministry’s S’mores and Bonfire gathering in late September. The gathering was held on the grounds of St. Ambrose Church in Rochester and featured a reflection by Deacon Marcelo DeRisio from Peace of Christ Parish that ignited great conversation. Converge is a collaborative young adult ministry serving those in Rochester, Irondequoit, and beyond!
