Football is the most popular ball game in the world in terms of the number of participants and spectators. With simple basic rules and essential equipment, the sport can be enjoyed almost anywhere from official football stadiums to gyms, streets, school grounds, parks and beaches.

Football is a game in which two teams of 11 players manipulate the ball into the opponent's goal using any part of their body except their hands and arms. Only the goalkeeper can handle the ball, and only within the penalty area surrounding the goal. The team with more goals wins.

For the first few years- Modern football began in England in the 19th century. Prior to the Middle Ages, folk soccer games were played with minimal rules in towns and villages according to local customs. Industrialization and urbanization have reduced the amount of leisure time and space available to workers, combined with a history of legal bans on particularly violent and destructive forms of folk football to undermine the status of the game from the early 19th century.
