About Us
Collaborative Education Center, LLC is owned by business partners Natalie Hubert and Tatiana Hannoush. The center’s model was designed and incorporated in August 2023, out of a need for educational support services in the Greater Hartford area.
The center is a unique space for children, homeschool families, educators, and parents to participate in learning opportunities that are engaging and supportive while promoting connection, inspiration, and success.
Natalie Hubert has a background in special education and education administration. She holds teaching certifications in regular education and special education in Connecticut and New York. With over 20 years of experience in both public and private educational settings, she served as a teacher for several years and subsequently became a school principal in two different schools. Natalie also created a strong intervention program in one of the schools she worked with, providing hundreds of children the opportunity to thrive academically in both literacy and math. Her belief in a multi-sensory approach to teaching reading was also integrated into the classrooms while serving as a principal.
Tatiana Hannoush has a background in Marketing and Corporate Marketing. Before becoming a mother, she worked full-time at Procter & Gamble, one of the largest multinational consumer goods companies. After becoming a mom, she decided to stay home with her children until last year when she returned to work as the Admissions and Marketing Coordinator at her daughters' school. During that time, she gained a deep understanding of education and established connections with parents and students. Tatiana is fluent in Spanish, and she is passionate about creating an organized and welcoming space for the center.
