Mid-Summer Newsletter
Message from Head of School, Matt McCrea
Dear Meridian Public Charter School Community,
As we all enjoy summer break, I encourage each of our students to continue their love for learning, exploring, and growing. Our leadership teams at both campuses are eagerly preparing for the start of the school year and I know that this year - Meridian's 25th - will be our best yet.
In anticipation of the 2023-2024 school year, we have been in constant communication with health officials. We want to remind all families to ensure that your students have all of their required immunizations. More information will be coming out over the summer and the school year if your student is out of compliance. We encourage you to set appointments with your doctor or with one of the many local childhood vaccination clinics, and we will also work with local organizations to bring vaccination clinics to Meridian in October or November.
I am eager and excited about what the next school year will bring. Despite the challenges, the spirit of unity, resilience, and determination that all of you have shown gives me hope for another successful year. Thank you for your continued support of the Meridian Public Charter School. We hope you continue to enjoy a safe, restful, and rejuvenating summer!
Regards,
Matt McCrea
