Classes will resume Tuesday, April 19th, which will be a RED day.
Upcoming EOC Dates
Tuesday, May 3rd: Algebra I
Wednesday, May 4th: Biology
Thursday, May 5th: US History
Please make every effort to ensure your student is in attendance on the day(s) of his/her exam(s), and avoid making appointments on these dates, as achieving a passing score on EOC exams is a state graduation requirement.
All students will attend on a modified schedule on EOC days, starting at 1:30 pm.
LCHS Bands Score All 1's at UIL Competition
Congratulations to all three LCP bands; Concert, Symphonic, and Wind Ensemble, for scoring all 1's in Concert and Sight Reading at their recent UIL competition. Lubbock-Cooper was the only district to receive all ones! Congratulations, Pirates!
LCP Choirs Receive Superior Ratings at UIL Concert and Sight Reading Contest
Over the past few weeks the Lubbock-Cooper Middle School and High School Choirs have participated in UIL Concert and Sight Reading Evaluations. Congratulations to all 7 Lubbock-Cooper ISD Choirs on receiving Superior Ratings, or "Sweepstakes", at their contests: the Varsity Treble Choir from LCMS under the direction of Brian Cole; the Varsity Treble and Tenor-Bass Choirs from LBMS under the direction of Marissa Loera; and the Non-Varsity Treble, Varsity Tenor-Bass, Varsity Treble, and Varsity Mixed Choirs from LCHS under the direction of Mary Lynn Hokett and Christopher Kirby.

Students in Mrs. Snapp's Veterinary Medical Applications class have been working on vaccinating and dehorning baby goats.
