Wear your Woodchuck gear or anything GREEN, BLACK AND WHITE. 7-12 Grade will have class competitions in the gym in the afternoon.

JUST A REMINDER THAT WE DO NOT ALLOW DELIVERIES TO THE ST. JOHN SCHOOL ON VALENTINES DAY

There will be NO SCHOOL, Friday, February 16th and Monday, February 19th.

Parent Teacher Conferences will be held February 21st from 3:30 until 9:00. Students in grades Pk-5 will be assigned appointment times. Parents of students in grades 6-12 can stop in anytime from 3:30 to 9:00 on this date.

Extra-Curricular Student Attendance:

Students in extra-curricular activities are required to be in school the full day or a medical excuse slip is required for that day in order to attend practices and/or games.

Day after game rule: Students are to be in school the full day after a game or athletic event they participated in or if absent a medical excuse slip is require to excuse that absence.

Attendance and being on time are very important keys to a successful school year for your child!

• Class starts at 8:25am for PreK-8th grade and 8:35am for 9-12th grade. Students who arrive after this MUST sign in at the office prior to being permitted into class.
• If your child will be absent or late, please call Susan at the office by 8:30am. If the office does not have communication from a parent or guardian on why your child is absent or late, we will be unable to excuse that absence or tardy. Students with a history of attendance issues will be required to have a medical excuse slip in order to excuse any absences.
• Please refrain from checking your child out early unless it is an emergency or prior arrangement. Our school day ends at 3:10pm. The end of day instruction time is very important and causes disruptions to the class when the office is asked to call for a student early.
