Good Morning E.L.M. Families,


Happy Friday! Today our students in Gr. 3-6 will attend a fun-filled field trip to Manice Education Center in Florida. If your child is attending, please dress them warm and with appropriate footwear. It will be very chilly and they will be active. Thank you.

Planning Ahead:


* Coming Soon: The PTG will be hosting a Little Caesar's Pizza fundraiser. Information and order forms about the fundraiser will be sent home in the coming weeks. Our PTG funds have been depleted over the past two years, with lack of fundraising opportunities, so we appreciate everyone's support and efforts of this important fundraiser. Thank you.


* The next PTG meeting will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 11th at 3:00pm. As always, you are encouraged and welcome to attend.


A Note from Nurse Jacquelyn:


* We know that COVID has been our primary focus these past two years, so this is a friendly reminder of our standard health policy unrelated to COVID. If a student is experiencing a fever, vomiting or diarrhea, they must be symptom free for at least 24 hours, without the support of medicine, before returning to school. If a student is sent home during the school day with any of these symptoms, they will not be able to return until at least 24 hours from the time they were dismissed from school. We appreciate everyone's understanding and support in keeping children home during these situations. Thank you.


* We will host a Flu/Covid Booster Clinic here at school on Thursday, October 20th at 3:00pm. All families and staff are welcome to participate.
