On Wednesday, March 14th from 9:00-11:30, Parents United will be hosting an opportunity to learn about child and adolescent anxiety. If you are interested, please refer to the flyer below for more information or this link.

You are invited to attend the Merton Community School District Art Show on Friday, March 16th at St. John's UCC in Merton (right across the street from the Intermediate School).

The show will be an artist reception/open house from 4-7 pm that day ONLY. Snacks and drinks will be served. Please stop in with your family and friends and enjoy the student artwork!

We hope that you all consider attending the Parent Tech Talk scheduled for March 20th at 6:00 in the Intermediate School. Please take a moment to read the flyer below for more information. We look forward to seeing you!

We hope that you will come and see the Merton Theater Company's presentation of High School Musical Junior. Dates of the show are Friday, April 20th at 7PM and Saturday, April 21st at 2PM and 7PM. Tickets will also be sold on March 13th, the night of our mid-winter choir and band concerts.

Merton Community School District will be hosting a half day career event on Thursday, May 24 , 2018. The event will take place between 8:30 - 11:30 at Merton Intermediate School for all students in 6th-8th grades. We are seeking professionals to participate in either of the following options that day:

1. Speaking to students during 25 minute sessions about your career and highlighting the opportunities of your career field or company.

2. Conducting Mock-Interviews with 6th - 8th grade students using provided questions. One of the rotations will be students practicing a real interview. Questions will be supplied and kids will be ready as well! Anyone willing can do this part!

We are hoping to give students an opportunity to explore a wide variety of career fields, so please consider sharing your time and expertise with our students!
