Students will be able to identify ways to better manage their time.
Extending the Learning at Home: Ask your student to keep a log of how they spend their free time during the week. At the end of the week have your student evaluate their log and reflect on how they can better manage their time.
7th Grade
Students will be able to identify their own learning styles.
Extending the Learning at Home: Ask your student to share their learning style. Take this short assessment and learn your learning style as well.
8th Grade
Students will be able to identify ways they can advocate for themselves.
Extending the Learning at Home: Ask your student to share what they learned as part of the Self-Advocacy activity. Discuss how your student can advocate form themselves in an online learning environment.
