Besides being a "home base" for students with a trusted teacher, these courses provide information on the Positivity Project's character strengths.

Game 1 - Dryden lost 15-0

Losing pitcher -Rilynn Lindsay - 3 innings pitched with 3 strikeouts, gave up 6 walks, 10 hits, and 15 runs

Offensive Highlights - Madison Maday - 1 single

Defensive Highlights - Mallory Barker, Lola Abromaitis, and Addie Tresnak

Game 2 - Dryden lost 19-0

Losing pitcher - Addie Tresnak - 3 innings pitched with 4 strikeouts, gave up 3 walks, 13 hits, and 19 runs

Offensive Highlights- Only 2 strikeouts

Defensive Highlights- Rilynn Lindsay, Lola Abromaitis, Mallory Barker, Brianna Snavely, and Addie Tresnak

Game 1 - Dryden lost 13-12

Rilynn Lindsay - 4 innings pitched with 5 strikeouts, gave up 3 hits, 11 walks, and 10 runs.

Losing Pitcher - Addie Tresnak had 2 innings pitched with 4 strikeouts and gave up 1 hit and 3 runs.

Offensive Highlights - Brianna Snavely and Jade Insley each had a single, Rilynn Lindsay and Mikayla Fleming each had 2 singles, Lola Abromaitis had 1 single and 1 double, Addie Tresnak had 2 singles and 2 triples

Game 2 - Dryden lost 10-3

Losing pitcher - Addie Tresnak with 4 innings pitched and 5 strikeouts, gave up 7 hits, 0 walks, and 10 runs

Offensive Highlights - Brianna Snavely, Rilynn Lindsay, and Lola Abromaitis each had 2 singles, Kaitlynn Knuth had 1 single, and Madison Maday had a single and a double.

On Monday, April 24, Dryden hosted a non-league doubleheader against Marlette. It ended with games of 4-2 and 10-0. This leaves their overall record 4-6 and their NCTL record 2-0.

Game1 Stats (4-2 loss):

Hits: Dylan Ledford went 2 for 3 with a Double; Marty Barker added a Double, and Mason Stofcheck/Ian Tresnak/Josh Harris each added a Single.

Owen Gall had 2 walks and Barker/Tresnak each added 1 walk.

Runs Scored: Barker/Ledford (1 each).

RBI: Ledford/Stofcheck (1 each).

Stolen Bases: Ledford (1).

Pitching: Dylan Ledford got the start and pitched a gem but got tagged with the loss. Ledford gave up 4 hits, 2 earned runs, and 1 walk while striking out 10 Marlette batters in 4 2/3 innings.

Game 2 Stats (10-0 loss):

Hits: Dylan Ledford (1).

Stolen Bases: Ledford (1).

Pitching: Marty Barker got the start and took the loss. He was relieved by Ian Tresnak (1 inning) and Mason Stofcheck (2 innings).

The Cardinals made the trip to Kingston for a doubleheader on Thursday the 27th. They lost both games with scores of 8-1 and 1-0. Their overall record is currently 4-8, and their NCTL record is 2-2.

Ian Tresnak came on in relief and pitched 3 strong innings, giving up 0 earned runs on 2 hits and 0 walks while striking out 3 Kingston batters.

Hits: Ian Tresnak and Rowan Handley (1 each).

Pitching: Dylan Ledford got the start and pitched a stellar game, losing a heartbreaking decision by a 1-0 score. Ledford pitched a 6-inning complete game, giving up 0 earned runs on 2 hits and 2 walks while striking out 12 Kingston batters.

On Monday, May 1st, the Dryden/ Imlay City Varsity Girls Soccer Team played at Armada High School. Dryden/ Imlay City worked hard but lost the game to Armada, 7-1. Jessica Peters accumulated one goal and eight saves as goalie.

On Thursday, May 4th, the Dryden/ Imlay City Girls Soccer Team played at Yale High School. Dryden/ Imlay City impressively won the game against Yale, 4-0. Jessica Peters contributed three goals and one assist.

Great job on the two games well played, girls!

The next Varsity Girls Soccer game will be at Algonac High School at 4:30 pm, on Monday, May 8th. Good luck!

Dryden beat Genesee on May 5 by scores of 10-8 and 9-3.

What the facts show:

Tyler, Aiden, & TJ all hit singles to advance each game, and Evan hit a double in game one.

Santiago had 2 in-the-park home runs in our second game. Jax only allowed 1 run in the 3 innings he pitched with Hunter locking down the plays at 1st base. Last but not least, Donald was an unstoppable ball magnet in game one and got hit 3 times by the pitcher.

Students entering grades 5-12 in the fall are invited to the Dryden Skills Camp with Steve Cramer of Cramer Basketball on June 16, 2023.

Coach Cramer is a former overseas pro and college athlete. He has coached at the high school and junior high level in the U.S. and in Germany. He trains thousands of athletes each year from throughout the country. He is known for his intensity and detailed instruction.
