Good afternoon E.O. Green families,

Our students continue doing a great job with the easyCBM mathematics assessment. The last day to take the test is October 26th. Teachers are following a schedule.

We appreciate ensuring that your child completes all assignments, projects, and tests before the end of quarter 1. This quarter ends on October 30. Your student has two weeks to push those grades up. Grade marks will be ready for you to view via the Parent Connect link on our website or Student Connect on Friday, November 6.

All E.O. Green students have login credentials to Student Connect to view their grades, grade point average, attendance and missing assignments.

If you are interested in obtaining credentials to log into Parent Connect, which provides the same information observed in Student Connect, please stop by the office Monday thru Friday 10 AM - 1 PM.

Nuestros estudiantes continúan haciendo un gran trabajo con la evaluación de matemáticas easyCBM. El último día para realizar el examen es el 26 de octubre. Los maestros están siguiendo un horario.

Asegúrese que su hijo/a complete todas las asignaciones, proyectos y exámenes antes del final del primer término . Este término termina el 30 de octubre. Check your grades and turn in any missing assignments as soon as possible! If you need help, don't wait! Contact your teacher, counselor, or grade level administrator as soon as possible!

It is important that your child complete this assessment in order to best meet your child's Math instructional needs. Please make sure your child is attending class in order to ensure he/she does not miss this valuable assessment. Thank you!

We have a brand new student-created blog created by our Creative Writing class!

A Message from our Creative Writing Teacher, Mrs. Tomes-Lopez:

The creative writing class has created a student news blog. The blog is intended to be interactive for students/staff, allowing them to read the articles and comment (moderated by me), answer student-generated surveys, and even submit their own original work for publication on the blog! This entire enterprise has been student-generated, too. We have a core group of 8 students who have worked VERY HARD on this. The ideas are theirs. I simply helped them put things together. I'm so proud of them!

Future Trio Students,

Are you interested in joining TRIO? TRIO is a program offered at EO Green to help support students through their education. Students will receive important information about high school and college with consistent guidance over the years. If you are interested in TRIO, please fill out the form as soon as possible. Students already enrolled in TRIO don't need to fill out an application.
