What a great week of collaborative learning!! I am proud of our Saldivar leaders!! Professors I thank you for taking the time to invest in our scholars heart and mind. With our countdown to 15 instructional days until ACP, your backwards mapping of ACP standards, use of all in learning for real time learning feedback, aggressive monitoring of scholars and differentiated small group instruction will prepare your scholars to take the next leap. Thank you counselors for conferencing with scholars to continue to meet the heart as well. We have an action packed week ahead of us! Let's inspire, engage and synergize our Saldivar scholars towards success!! Your leaderships is something I am so grateful for.

2. Increase Teacher/Parent involvement and communication for all campus activities

By practicing the following big rocks:

Strong Look forward and Look Back PLCs
Scholar authentic writing through thinking maps
Learning Stations driven by scholar needs
Effective and active Leader in Me action teams (Physical Environment, Student Learning, Family Learning, Professional Learning, Leadership Events, Shared Leadership)
Leadership binder updated at least weekly, scholars should want to share leadership binders with visitors to discus their progress and goals. Let's coach our scholars up!!
