Rescheduled Book Study: The book study session originally scheduled for this Thursday has been moved to April 7 at 6 PM.

Volleyball Camp: Volleyball Camp forms for 3rd-6th grade girls went home last week. The camp will be held April 5- April 8 after school until 5 PM in High School Gym. The form and $25 are due by this Friday, March (the form says Wednesday). Anyone who turns in their registration late will not get a t-shirt since the order has to be turned in Friday morning.

3rd- 6th Grades Elementary Volleyball League: Information will be shared soon regarding the Elementary Volleyball League. We will need parents from each grade level willing to coach a team for this league. Spots may be limited and interested girls may have to tryout if we do not have enough parents willing to coach. If you are willing to coach, there will be a place on the registration form for you to complete indicating your willingness to coach.

Candy Donations Needed: Each year CSCO provides stuffed eggs for students to enjoy an egg hunt during the class Easter parties. (This egg hunt is different from the Community Wide Egg Hunt.) In order to ensure each student can find at least 10 eggs, CSCO needs donations of individually wrapped candies which will fit in plastic eggs by Friday, April 8.

No Honor Choir: Honor Choir will be taking a break from practices for a little while. Stay tuned for when these practices will start back up!

Grade Cards: Third quarter grade cards will be coming home this Friday, March 25, 2022.

Parent Teacher Conferences: Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on Monday, March 28. Your child's teacher will be letting you know if they need to meet with you. If you have not heard from your child's teacher AND would like to meet with them, please send them a message via Dojo.

Screenings for Preschool and New Kindergarten Students for Next School Year: We are now scheduling screenings for the upcoming school year for students who will be entering preschool and for students who will be entering kindergarten for the 2022-2023 school year who were not enrolled in Crane Elementary's Preschool Program. Screening will take place on Friday, April 8. Please call the elementary office at 417-723-5300 ext. 1301, to schedule your child's screening.

Absences: If your child is going to be absent from school, regardless of reason, we need you to call the Elementary office to let us know. If you call before anyone is at school, please leave a voicemail letting us know your child's name and reason for absence. The office phone number is 417-723-5300 ext. 1301.

Transportation Changes: We understand plans can change throughout the day. If transportation plans change for your child, please call the office to let Whitney know so she can ensure your child gets the message. Some parents have been messaging teachers on Dojo and there are days teachers do not see messages until after students have left for the day. We would hate to miss an important message!
