Dress Code Concerns

BHS Parents and Families, please re-discuss these images with your student as they are not appropriate for the classroom. As we continue to provide students with work-based learning opportunities, we stress the importance of being prepared at school for what our local employers are also concerned about. We appreciate your support!

​All shirts, tops, and sweaters that expose the midriff while standing, sitting, or walking.

Hoods from jackets, hoodies, sweatshirts, etc should not be worn in the building.

Hair Wraps, Du Rags, nor Bonnets may be worn in the building.

All shorts and skirts should be mid-thigh.

Any type of night wear - including blankets - may not be worn in the building.

Any clothing, headgear, or personal property that advertises sale, distribution, possession, or consumption of marijuana or any other drug.

Slippers or house shoes of any style, color, print or pattern.

Ski masks of any style or material.

Cell phones, earbuds, wireless speakers, headphones, etc. should not be used during class.
