ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND BOUNCE
Please join us on Sunday, November 12, 2017 for our Annual Meeting and Bounce. Lucy Campbell-Gracie has once again graciously offered to open her home to club members and their beardies. We'll start things off at 1 p.m. The board will gather for a quick meeting to be followed by the general meeting. At the general meeting we will be voting on our representatives for 2018. The proposed slate is as follows:
President - Laura Colombo
Vice-President - Lynne Corn
Secretary - Casey Minner
Treasurer - Lucy Campbell
Past President - Roger Orrock
The current board members have indicated interest in continuing in their role and a club member has also indicated an interest in joining the board. We will be holding a vote to continue with returning officers and choose next year's 4 board members. The vote will choose 4 of the following for the position of board member:

Karen Kman
Linda Porter
Robin Lord
Please RSVP to lucy.campbell@wellsfargo.com by this coming Monday, November 6th with number of people attending and whether you'll be bringing an appetizer, side dish or dessert to share. The main dish will be provided. Mmmmm!

The Board will be deciding on the Club's Charitable contributions for 2017 at this time. If you have any suggestions of worthy charities you would like us to support, please let one of the Board Members know.
