We Are Easton
Superintendent Information
Dear Jaguar Families,
I would like to first of all invite all Veterans to join us for lunch on Tuesday November 7 from 11 am to 12:30 pm. Our students look forward to welcoming you and hosting you at the school. From all of us at Easton School, we would also like to express our gratitude and appreciation to all of our Veterans and "thank you for your service."
Once again, last week at Easton was a busy one with several student activities at the school. Monday started off the week with our Halloween Carnival. From all accounts, it was a great success thanks to the work and coordination of our Jag Leadership students. We ended the week with a fantastic ASB assembly with very fun game of "musical chairs". Last but not least, JH Boys basketball began. Coached by Ms. Flaig, our team has their first games next week and we start off with 3 games in at row at home on Nov.13, Nov. 14 and Nov. 15. Please join us to help cheer on the Jags!
Please mark your calendars as Easton School will be closed on Friday November 10 as we and observe Veteran's Day.
Thank a veteran for the freedoms we have today,
Aaron Kombol
Superintendent

Easton receives $40,000 Outdoor Education Grant!
I am very happy and proud to announce that for the second year in a row, Easton School District has been awarded an Outdoor Education grant provided by the State of Washington to help increase our student's access and opportunities to outdoor activities.
With grant money, we will be purchasing different types of environmental testing equipment to collect data to be used by our science and outdoor education classes regarding the impact Interstate 90 has on Easton School and our students and staff. In addition, the staff will be developing new and exciting opportunities for the students of Easton to get outdoors. Stay tuned!
