Question Of The Day kicked off the new year with questions on comparison, for example, "Which would you rather have? a nickel, a dime or a $5 bill" or "Which would you rather be? a student taking a test, a kid at the beach, or a horse pulling a plow: in which a student answered, "a horse pulling a plow". I mean, to each their own, right, lol. I can't say that would have been my choice, but it earned them $1 nonetheless. Congratulation to these winners pictured from left to right: Easton Ferder 2nd grade, Mrs. Buell, Kaylee Woods 1st grade, Mrs. Crawford and William Yang 3rd grade, Mrs. Heard.

STEMLAB students are learning about the effects of Angular Momentum and Center of Gravity by using Zometools to make spinning tops.

High school STEM LAB students are going to be taking part in the MidAmerica Cup competition. They traveled to RSU (Pryor) on August 30 to meet with individuals from i2E as the competition kicked off. The students will spend the next 2 months innovating a solution to a problem they identify a need for. Then they will create a business plan, presentation, and pitch to present to the judges.
