Freshmen Orientation Session Two, History: Tech setup- Establish google accounts and google tour, Schoology tour, establish easybib accounts and tour, link google with schoology
Blended Orientation: Schoology course- participating in a discussion, submitting assignments, general schoology tour, taking a quiz
Reading Classes: Instruction on genres in fiction and book pass
Turner 1920s Project: Libguide and instruction on resources, books pulled to support project
AP Psych: Libguide and Instruction on Peer Reviewed Journals and Annotated Bibliographies

Our Mission
The mission of the library program in the Downingtown Area School District is to provide a dynamic learning environment that instills essential 21st century literacy skills through direct and collaborative instruction and the use of a wide variety of print and digital resources. Our goal is to ensure that students have the opportunity to become inquiring and engaged global citizens who are empowered to be critical thinkers, enthusiastic readers, skillful researchers, and ethical users of information.
