Congratulations Mill Valley on exceeding our goal of $20,000 for the American Heart Association's Kids Heart Challenge! Students raised $20,696.99 in total and learned heart healthy habits along the way. As part of the incentive process, we recognized our top fundraiser, as well as our Heart Heroes who raised over $500. Seeing we reached our goal, students were able to enjoy an assembly where the teachers got SLIMED! Thank you for all of your hard work in making this health initiative a success!

Forward Testing for 3rd and 4th graders will be taking place April 11th - April 21st

Testing will be scheduled in the morning only. Please avoid scheduling any appointments (doctor, dentist, ortho, etc.) during the testing times. More information will be shared when we get closer to the testing dates.

3rd Grade Student Council has started a Recycle Club. Members gave a presentation to each classroom about recycling and placed reminder signs around the school. They take the recycling out once a week. The Golden Recycle Bin winners are selected and announced at Golden Awards by the Student Council members.

Hakuna Matata! Join Character Kids for our fun-filled spring session of theatre classes, where we'll be working on a mini-script of The Lion King! This 8-week session takes place at Mill Valley on Wednesdays, 3:50-4:50 pm, March 22nd - May 17th (no class 3/29). Students will learn songs from the show, work on building their characters, and incorporate stage skills they’ve learned throughout the year. New and returning students are welcome. Parents are invited to a special performance on the last day of the session! Focus is put on developing imagination, social skills and a positive self image through the performing arts.

Muskego High School will be hosting the Summer Movie Series again this year. Parents and children are invited to come enjoy a movie on Muskego’s Inpro Athletic Field’s jumbotron while they watch directly from the field. Admissions will be free and concessions and activities will be available for enjoyment. Although not required, we are asking families to bring in non-perishable food items for the Muskego Food Pantry.

Bring your family, friends, and a blanket to enjoy these free events!
