Dear Tenino Families,

Despite the cool weather, it is spring and things a super busy here at the home of the Tigers. Our Pastries for Parents activity was spirited and well attended. Thank you PTSA! Last Friday we had our first "Jungle Jam" in over two years. Teachers planned fun activities for all students to celebrate and reinforce being SAFE, RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTFUL and KIND. Our theme for the end of the year is FINISH STRONG. Teachers and continuing to maintain high expectations and effective routines. Please support us at home by having your child attend all day every day as we wrap up this nutty and successful school year. THANK YOU AND GO T90!

Class Placement will look different this year. Students will find out their new teacher on "Move Up" day, Thursday, June 16th. That way your child will know their classmates and their teacher going into summer break. Teachers will be collaborating to create classes that are balanced based on behavior and academics. Parents/Guardians can provide input into the class placement process by completing the Student Learning Style form. The form is also available on our website and at our office. Due Date: June 6. Please contact our office if you have any questions. Thanks!

We are so excited to be able to have FIELD Day this year! It is Wednesday, June 15th. Students will participate in a variety of fun, outdoor activities including the traditional Tug-of-War competition. Check with your child's teacher for additional information about Field day and other school events including Field Trips and end-of-year activities.

  Jun 14: Welcome 3rd Grade Assembly

  Jun 15: Field Day

  Jun 16: School-wide Move Up Day

  Jun 17: Report Cards go home with students. They will also be mailed.

  Jun 20: Snow Day Makeup - School Staff Only - No Students
