*Only new students enrolling in the district will need to attend New Student Registration on August 4th.
*Students that will be returning to Blair Oaks should attend on EITHER August 9th or August 10th to complete re-enrollment paperwork.
NOTE: BES, BIS, and BMS will all have returning student registration on the same day/time.
AIMS Benchmark Testing Reports
Little Free Library
Ag Construction students built a little free library for the elementary school playground. They are looking for book donations to help keep it stocked for the summer.
Ag students will be checking it and refilling it every week. If you have any books you would like to donate, please let Katie Fifer know kfifer@blairoaks.org.
Balances and Fees
Please be aware that all fees and balances must be paid before the last day of school. Students will not receive their grade cards (which includes next year's teacher assignment) until balances are taken care of. Library books/balances are overdue after Tuesday, May 10th.

Summer School Details
An information page will be emailed to each parent that enrolled their child in summer school. It will include their class assignment, supplies needed, transportation, and other important information. If you do not receive an information page before May 18, please reach out to Mrs. Bishop at (573) 634-2808 or tbishop@blairoaks.org.

Field Day ~ Date Change
Field Day has been moved to Wednesday, May 18th.
Regardless of which building your child attends, those who volunteered, please contact Claire Neeley at cneeley@blairoaks.org or 634-2808 to confirm whether you are still able to volunteer. We completely understand if this is no longer an option. If you did not originally volunteer but are now able to help on May 18th, please also reach out to Claire Neeley
at cneeley@blairoaks.org or 634-2808 and she will be able to sign you up.
The May 18th lunch will remain the same in the elementary. On May 18th the intermediate will have a sack lunch.

Summer School Grades K-8
Summer School Lunch Prices
Summer School meal prices are now available (below.) Payment may be turned in at any time to the elementary office.
Meal Prices:
Breakfast- $1.40 (reduced- $0.30)
Lunch- $2.00 (reduced- $0.40)
Please be sure to send payment in an envelope marked "Summer School Lunch Money" and your child's name.
We are currently looking to hire more paraprofessionals for summer school. Please contact Mrs. Bishop with any questions.
For a guaranteed spot, the enrollment form was due by Monday, May 2. Any enrollments after May 2 could potentially be placed on a waiting list depending on enrollment numbers.
Grades K-8
- Students entering grades K-8 in the 2022-2023 school year
- Students entering grades 6-8 choose their class preference
- Monday-Thursday (No Fridays)
- Session 1 (June 1 - June 15) and Session 2 (June 16 - June 30)
- Free enrollment. Only the cost of breakfast and lunch.
High School Physical Education
- Dates: June 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16
- Students missing more than one day will not receive credit
- Free enrollment. Only the cost of breakfast and lunch.
Blair Oaks Falcons Summer Sports Camps
Registration is open for Blair Oaks Summer Sports Camps. Registrations are accepted through May 20th in order to guarantee a camp t-shirt (if included). To register please follow the 2 steps below.
Step 1: Registration Form (below):
- Enrollment ensures reservation and camp t-shirt (if provided).
- Must enroll by May 20th to guarantee receiving a camp t-shirt.
Step 2: Schedule (below):
- Print form and submit with payment on first day of each camp TO THE CAMP ADMIN.
- PLEASE PAY FOR EACH CAMP SEPARATELY; DO NOT SEND ONE CHECK FOR MULTIPLE CAMPS
