The Wildcat Way

It's February, and here at Silas we are in LOVE.... With our winter benchmarking scores! Students are showing growth and making gains all over our building, and we can't be more proud of all of our Wildcats! Keep up the hard work!

Testing Celebration

The District has decided to celebrate the exciting student growth by having Sweet success day on February 14, 2022. Teachers can plan some sweet success activities on this day. The district will provide treats for the students. This has already been publicized on social media but parents do not need to send treats to school. Students are allowed to bring in cards of kindness as long as they make sure they bring one for every child in the class.

Showing Kindness and Respect

Two of the main themes the Wildcats have been working on in our day to day at school is working on showing kindness and respect. It's been really awesome to see our Wildcats find ways to make others feel great by being kind and respectful to others, themselves, and the world around us!

Please come join us for a Family Math Night on Thursday, February 24th from 6-7:30 pm. There will be tons of fun math activities for you and your students to enjoy throughout the building!
