January 31, 2023 - SCHOOL CLOSURE
Due to continuing anticipated icy road conditions on bridges and overpasses and continued precipitation and freezing temperatures, Cornerstone Christian School students and staff will have a full school closure on Tuesday, January 31, 2023.
All scheduled activities, meetings, and athletic events have been canceled.
CCS Administration has been watchful of weather and road conditions through the National Weather Service, TxDOT, the Department of Public Safety and other local agencies. The safety of our students and staff are our top priority.
A decision regarding potential delays/closures for Wednesday, February 1, 2023, will be made at a later time. It is important to note that decisions made regarding school delays and/or closures are not based on temperature, but icy road conditions that make travel dangerous.

In addition, a social media alert (https://www.facebook.com/ccsofsanangelo) (https:twitter.com/@CCSSanAngelo) will be sent, a Nixle alert (text CCSPARENTS to 888-777 to receive alert) will be sent, and a notice to the Standard Times (gosanangelo.com) will be sent.
