A Wonderful Start to the New Year!
The first full week of 2025 is now in the books! QMS was buzzing with excitement as students brought their best to the classroom, the stage, and their clubs and activities. The hardest part about coming back from a break is getting back into the routines we worked so hard to establish all year, but fortunately our students and teachers were up to the task and made this week a breeze!
We're thrilled to invite families in for parent conferences next week. This is a valuable opportunity for students to showcase their accomplishments and share their learning journey with you. We encourage you to come prepared to celebrate their successes and discuss their progress.
The week of the 20th is another short week, then we're gearing up for a productive stretch of learning before February break. There are so many exciting things happening at QMS, and we can't wait to share them with you during conferences.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or require any assistance.

January 15th - 6pm - 8pm
January 16th - 12pm - 3pm, 6pm - 8pm
January 17th - 12pm - 2pm
You should be receiving information soon, if you have not already, from teams on how to schedule parent conferences. We will again host families for student led conferences in an effort to develop a more complete picture of the work your child completes here at QMS. Each team may have a slightly different setup, so please keep an eye out for information from teams about conferences and sign ups. Teachers and service providers will also send an email with an opportunity to sign up for conferences with them. Let us know if you have any questions.

The Qualters Ideal
The Qualters Ideal is not that we will all agree with each other, or even like each other, every minute of the day. It is rather that we will respect each other's rights, especially the right to be different, And that at the end of the day, we will understand that we are one people, one school and one community
