I want to thank all families that attended our Open House on Tuesday evening. It was a full house but our pasta supplies held! Thanks for your patience. It felt really good to have so many members of the community here.
Here are some important announcements, reminders and information:
-Bike Week will begin next week. We have the Local Motion Bike trailer here with bikes. If you want to bring your child's bike to school you can and we store them inside. This is NOT required. You will need to drop off and pick-up the bike if you do want your child to have one their personal bike. If you could send a bike helmet that would be great. We have extras for all those without helmets so no worries if you cannot. They are required before riding a bike, trike, or balance bike. Ms. Landon makes this part of her PE class and it was a huge hit last year.

-The Veggie Van Go is coming back to OVUHS on 9/22 and every 4th Friday each Month. This is a great opportunity for free produce. Check i t out!

-Monday we have the Vermont Vegucation van coming from the Vermont Garden Network. We will be preparing and cooking a fall stew as well as learning about nutrition.

-We are pleased that Mr. Gram is able to return to OCA this year. He is our Spanish teacher and is sharing is love of guitar with our students. He gives lessons and plays!
