Sept 27th-2021-2022 Random Validations Overview Session
Session includes overall process, timelines, & program requirements in the 21-22 random validations for the following: Title I-A; Title I- C; Title I-D, Subpart 2; Title II-A; Title IV-A; Title V- B—RLIS; PNP; and Unsafe School Choice Option.
Federal Program Compliance Division Survey
The Federal Program Compliance Division sent a survey on Sept. 8, soliciting feedback from LEAs, ESCs, and the general public for ways the division can improve. Please take a few moments to complete the survey.
2021-22 Title V, Part B RLIS Program Grant Application
2021-22 Title V, Part B Rural and Low-Income School Program Grant Application is open in eGrants. Due- Nov.16, 2021.
CCNA Toolkit
TEA would like to announce the release of the Collaborative Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CCNA).

ADA Hold Harmless Calculation

First, you would need to log in to ASCENDER and populate the form ST2100. You will enter the range from the first day of school to the last day of school. Take the first column all the way across and you will use that data and enter it in the ADA HH 2021 tab on the template below.


If the Actual ADA is higher than the hold harmless ADA then the ESSER II grant is completely supplemental.


To find the ADA Hold Harmless it was released by TEA in July of last year and it is not negotiable. (See link below)


If not click on ESSER II- FSF tab and it will per fill out. Then follow the instructions in the last column (N).


Then complete the Data SOF tab using the FSP for 2019-20.

How You Can Access Your Risk Level? Follow these steps to access your letter: Log on to TEAL. Select “GFFC Reports.” Select “Risk Assessment Level” from the report title drop-down menu. Select “2021–2022” from the school year drop-down menu.
