Muskego Lakes Family Newsletter
January 20th, 2023
Dear Muskego Lakes Families,
We recently received the Muskego Lakes Parent Satisfaction/Experience Survey results for the 22-23 school year. Thank you to everyone that participated and provided us with feedback. Your input allows us, as staff and principals, to continue evaluating our work and improving further.
We are incredibly proud to share that, as a school, we've once again increased our Overall Parent Satisfaction/Experience Survey results this year. As a school, we increased from 4.40 last year to 4.46 this year on a 5 point scale.
A few key areas that, as a school, we increased in this year are:
- "I believe my child's learning is a high priority at this school." 4.45 to 4.59
- "I believe school rules are enforced consistently at this school." 4.17 to 4.20
- "I believe my child has the necessary classroom supplies & equipment for effective learning." 4.60 to 4.63
- "I believe this school provides a safe environment for my child to learn." 4.50 to 4.53
- "I feel comfortable approaching school administration." 4.27 to 4.42
- "The principal at this school is an effective leader." 4.28 to 4.36
- "I believe the teachers, staff, & administration demonstrate a genuine concern for my child." 4.46 to 4.50
A few key areas that as a school will continue to come around are:
- "I receive positive phone calls, notes or emails about my child from the school" 4.25 to 4.24
- "I regularly receive feedback from school staff on how well my child is learning." 4.26 to 4.20
The next steps for us are to review these results with our leadership team, review feedback, and plan action steps. Your feedback continues to help us improve the student and family experience at Muskego Lakes! Keep it coming, and know that we are always here if you have any questions, concerns, or ideas to keep moving Muskego Lakes forward.
With love,
Rachel Rydzewski & Nancy Pasch
