This is a friendly reminder of our Upcoming May Day Celebration. We are very excited for this special day. Everyone at Waikiki School has been working so hard to make this a great May Day.
Just a few friendly reminders for families, to make everything run smoothly….
1) Families please line up in the main walkway on the CAFÉ SIDE and wait for staff to bring you to the seating area. *You can start lining up at 12pm.
***Should you require special seating and you have already informed the school, please line up in the main walkway on the LIB. Side of the walkway. Staff will show you where seating is.
2) Remember this is an on field seating experience. We strongly encourage families to bring mats, towels, and blankets to sit on. Bring water too as you will be outside.
Since this is open outdoor seating, we ask our Waikiki Ohana to think "Family Style." There is no assigned seating and we anticipate a lot of family members, so please make room for all.
3) There is NO PARKING on Campus, please plan ahead and park off campus in the neighborhoods and across the street.
4) Please be Mindful of our May Day set-up. We know everyone is excited to see the performances, we just ask that we remain seated during all performances so all can all see and enjoy. The staging area and performance area are for Students ONLY.
5) If you wish to take your child(ren) home with you after the performance, PLEASE make sure to sign them out at the Front Office.
6) Still interested in Donating Flowers? Please deliver flowers to the café either Wednesday, May 3 or Thursday, May 4, 2023 between 7:30am – 3:00pm.
