Tickets for Graduation

We have received many questions regarding tickets for HSoC graduation. At this time we do not anticipate any students needing tickets. There is no limit currently.

All students participating in the graduation ceremony must attend Graduation Practice on May 23, 2023, at the Coleman Fine Arts Center at 9:00 am sharp.

This ceremony WILL NOT be streamed online.

What now?

Once we have received the diploma’s you will receive a phone call and or email message stating your documents are ready and available to be picked up. (EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL WE HAVE ON FILE).

Parents, please know we cannot and will not release a student’s records unless we have written permission from the student. Yes, this sounds a bit crazy, however. This is the new normal now that your scholar has graduated. Scholars, if you are not available to pick up your documents, we will need written confirmation that you’ve approved someone else to pick up your Diploma and Transcripts. Note: an email will suffice of the person authorized to pick up your documents. Please ensure the person picking up the documents has identification.

Within each folder each graduate will have the following:

• Diploma
• Three (3) transcripts sealed in an envelope (DO NOT OPEN). These are for applying to college or trade schools.
• One (1) additional transcript not sealed.
• Waiver of refunds from school lunch account. Note students can either donate any residual funds remaining or may request a refund.
• For students that have items not returned to HSoC or WHS; graduation packets will be held until all cleared.
• Summer Hrs. June 1st WISD will start summer work hours. Mon – Thursday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Closed Fridays!
