RES Easter Parties/Activities - April 6, 2023

RES will have Easter parties/activities Thursday, April 6, 2023. Specific information regarding party/activity plans have a been sent home by classroom teachers. All visitors will be required to sign in and show a valid state issued photo ID. Thank you for following our safety procedures to help keep our campus secure.

RES decided years ago to not participate in type of fundraisers where students are required to do any type of door to door sales. We chose instead to ask for donations from our RES community to help provide student incentives, improve playground equipment, fund field trips, etc.

Concerns at School

At Rivercrest Elementary, we care about each and every student. We also believe that open communication between parents and teachers is a key to student success. Thank you for partnering with your child's teacher and school to address any concerns.


How do I get in contact with my child's teacher?


  • Call 903-632-5214 to schedule a conference or speak to your child's teacher during his/her conference period
  • Email your child's teacher (Click here for staff email)


Conference Periods:


8:00 - 8:45 - Dyslexia, RTI

8:45 - 9:30 - Pre-K

9:30 - 10:15 - 2nd Grade

10:15 - 11:00 - Music/PE

11:00 - 11:45 - 5th Grade

12:15 - 1:00 - Kindergarten

1:00 - 1:45 - 1st Grade

1:45 - 2:30 - 4th Grade

2:30 - 3:15 - 3rd Grade

We make student and staff safety a priority at RES! One new safety feature we are implementing is that you MUST present a state issued photo ID to be permitted to visit our campus. Your ID will be kept in the front office while you are on campus. Your ID will be returned when you check out in the front office. This will help us keep track of anyone on campus in the event of an emergency. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding!


Also, be prepared to show a photo ID when checking students out early.
