New 10-12 History Teacher - Mr. Zacarello

Mr. Cory Zacarello will be joining our Blu-Jay team as the new 10-12 History teacher at the high school. He is a big baseball and golf fan and loves geography the most out of all of the social sciences. He previously taught in Pittsburg and has enjoyed other jobs such as being a land appraiser.

Open House - Tuesday, August 23 @ 6 pm

We are looking forward to seeing you on Tuesday night for Open House.

Hot Dogs and drinks will be served in the cafeteria, and then we will meet in the gym to meet all of our staff members. After introductions, the building will be open to meet teachers, walk through schedules and practice your lockers.

We will close the doors at 8 pm so our teachers can get home and rest up for the first day of school.

Alumni Volleyball Game - New Event

Wednesday, August 24

5:30 - 6:30 pm

Coach Dent is looking for alumni players or family members of our players that have some experience in playing a scrimmage volleyball game against our team. Contact Coach Dent at sydney.dent@usd344.org for more information.

New Morning Drop-Off Procedures

The video below describes our new morning drop-off procedure for PES and PHS. This change is in an effort to create a safer, more well-supervised entry for our students each day. Additionally, this change allows students to have a more comfortable place to wait in inclement weather.

- Students arriving late to school will enter through their school office.

- STARS Center students will meet Mrs. Conley at the commons area entry to check in each day.

Senior Sunrise and Senior Windows

Calling all Seniors!

Senior Sunrise is on Wednesday, August 24 at 5:30 am. Contact Gay Harrington or Kayleann Harrington for more information! New senior parent? Contact Mrs. Conley and she will get you connected to the senior sponsors.

Senior windows will be completely ready on Sunday. We had to FIVE new sections for our new seniors. Please feel free to come during this week to decorate your window. Decorations must be school appropriate, and we would love to see those baby pictures!
