Congratulations NBHS Illinois State Scholar Recipients: Robert Biesenthal, Jacob Heironimus, Ben Hermes, Brooklyn Hermes, and Landon Williams

On Tuesday, October 25th, Mr. Spears will take Abigail Finch, Ben Hermes, Lily Pidcock, Luke Cycholl, Hayden Surratt, Katherine Tirey, Callidora Liapakis to UIS to serve on Senator McClure's Youth Advisory Council. During this session, students will brainstorm, discuss, and debate public policy issues that impact today’s youth. Legislative leaders will also speak to the students, provide first-hand knowledge about public policy, answer questions, and offer insight into ways young people can get involved in our government. We are very excited to be able to provide this opportunity for our students!

On Friday, October 21st, students had their final chance to cash in their Salty Dough from Q1!

The Freshman class pulled through and earned the most Salty Dough for the Quarter! We will have our quarter party on Wednesday, November 2nd.

Monday, October 24th we will start off Quarter 2 with new incentives!

The Freshman Class Totals:

Ready - 652 Responsible - 719 Respectful - 627 for a total of 1998 Salty Dough Dollars Earned!

The Sophomore Class Totals:

Ready - 627 Responsible - 735 Respectful - 420 for a total of 1782 Salty Dough Dollars Earned!

The Junior Class Totals:

Ready - 457 Responsible - 578 Respectful - 418 for a total of 1450 Salty Dough Dollars Earned!

The Senior Class more than tripled their total this week compared to last week!

Ready - 544 Responsible - 537 Respectful - 363 for a total of 1444 Salty Dough Dollars Earned!
