Show Your Artichoke Spirit - Join the Parada del Sol
Artichoke Alumni!
Everyone loves a parade! Join the SCC contingent walking in the 70th annual Parada del Sol on February 3rd from 10 am to 12 noon. There will be thousands of spectators and many community groups participating along with high school bands, horses, vehicles, and so much more.
Let's have a strong showing of SCC alumni. Artie the Artichoke will also be joining! Please sign up if you are interested in participating.
The SCC group will meet at a nearby parking lot and then head over to the staging area prior to joining the parade. Although the parade is from 10 am to 12 noon, the timing of our participation is dependent upon our entry number. For example, last year SCC was entry #93 and did not step off until around 11:00 am. More details will be shared once the entry number is confirmed.
