What is the minimum number of accounts that I can purchase to qualify for Smore for Teams?
Smore for Teams accounts start at 15 users. If you need fewer users, please look at our Educator plans.
What if I’m already a Smore user?
If you’re currently a Smore user and you join a Smore for Teams account, all of your newsletters, mailing lists, and settings will still be available. You simply need to log in as you normally would.
Why would I get Smore for Teams and not just a bunch of single Educator accounts?
Smore for Teams plans offer discounted pricing for multiple users so you can implement Smore across schools and districts. License members enjoy exclusive features like collaboration, a management dashboard, and template sharing. Smore for Teams is also the only plan that can be paid via PO.
Do all users on a Smore for Teams plan get their own accounts?
Yes. Every user on a Smore for Teams account will be able to log into Smore with their own email and password. You can designate an admin (or several) for your account. Admins can easily manage, add, or remove members using a dedicated management dashboard. Each user will have access to all Pro features plus exclusive Teams features such as collaboration and template sharing. To learn more about the differences between plans, click here.
Do you offer custom domains?
Custom domains are available to Smore for Teams upon request with an additional charge. For questions about adding a custom domain to a Smore for Teams account, send us a message. One of our team members will get in touch asap.
“I can’t even think of any other tool that does a better job. And then it also looks amazing and professional.”
Liz Lubeskie
Secondary Coordinator of Online Learning & Tech Integration, Manheim Central School District
“We knew we had a challenge reaching out to our internal audience and that’s where I’ve seen the greatest influence of Smore: our internal communications and our staff newsletters.”
Theresa Hamilton
Director of Communications, Garfield RE2 School District
“My ultimate goal would be for the district as a whole to be using it as a communication tool for parents. Once you can get something that’s consistent across different campuses in different classrooms, then your parents know what to expect, and they know how to find it easily.”
