The spirit of Christmas was alive in our school this week. The festivities began with our wonderful Fourth grade leading us in our annual Our Lady of Guadalupe service, mid-week Kindergarten through Fourth-grade students warmed our hearts with their angelic voices, next up was our Fifth through Eighth graders showing off their instrumental skills along with our first-time performance from the Holy Cross Choir. We completed our final day of Advent together watching our Eighth-graders performing the beautiful Las Posadas service. What a special way to begin our Christmas break. This Holy Cross tradition reminds us of the true meaning of Christmas. Thank you to our fantastic Eighth-grade class and all our students for a job well done! I think all of the adults would agree, that although this week is busy, it is worth every minute. We made memories together that will last a lifetime.
