Strong Start- 3 Steps below

Each issue of this newsletter will contain steps you should take to make sure your new year with UTVA starts off strong! Make sure to complete each step for guaranteed success.

Step 1: Set up Learning Coach Account and Student Account*

If you are a new LC (Learning Coach) be sure to set up your LC account. OLS LOGIN Use your K¹² Registration ID to set up your K¹² account. Click HERE for instructions. If you have been an LC with UTVA in the past, you will recover your previous LC username and password.


Once you have set up the LC account, set up your student account. For help click HERE.

Step 2: Check your Materials & Hardware Shipping Schedule

We want to ensure that you are able to check on the delivery status of your student’s material and hardware shipment. To check on your student’s order status click HERE.

Materials generally ship out from K12 the end of July or beginning of August.

Step 3: Print Off/Save the UTVA Academic School Calendar 2018-19

Watch for emails with Learning Coach University (LCU) training required for all Learning Coaches starting in August.

High School Students Who have earned credit from a previous school- Please Read

If you are coming from another high school, and have earned high school credit, please get a copy of your transcript and email it to our registrar. Her contact information is below:

As soon as you create your LC (Learning Coach) and student account usernames and passwords, be sure to write them down or put in your phone for safe keeping.
