Hello Pathfinder Families!
We are excited to get the school year going and see all the students back in our school!
The Welcome Packet is a series of forms that require your attention. Please complete the forms that are required to be submitted documents and return to Pathfinder.
To return, please send with your scholar for an in-person return or send via email to pathfinder.attendance@seattleschools.org.
Forms Required to Submit
- 504-2 Survey to Identify Students with Disabilities
- FERPA
- Housing Questionnaire (Only return if applicable)
- Title VII Indian Education (For new students only)
The Student Verification Form will be available for parents to confirm and update online through The Source Sept. 7-30, we encourage folx to complete in The Source. If you would like a paper form, please email your request to pathfinder@seattleschools.org.
