Have you heard that on Monday September 12th we will be having a picture day? Your child is free to wear what every they like as long as its school appropriate. They can come in uniform or dress down. Your child will be bringing home a picture day packet for you to order those sweet childhood memories we all want.

We are so glad to see all the families that came last night. We enjoyed seeing each one of you interact with your child and spend time here on campus. We had lots of parents come and play basketball in the gym with their child and even play chess in our middle school/high school math room. Yes, I even played against students and parents, and it was a blast. We had a movie going while some parents spent time socializing and we had our library open for reading time which some families took advantage of. If you were not able to attend, we will be doing one again next month and we hope you will be able to join us.

Be on the lookout for a poll next week to get the best time frame for all in our community to attend.

Some of our students spent time this week working to make our school greater. They took time and went to our library/media center to organize and try to set it up as a place they want to go and grab a book and read. We also used it last night for our Manara Family Fun Night as a room for people to read. Here is some of our amazing Student volunteers working hard to get it ready.
