In Victorian times, fashion have lots and lots of tricks, and there are lots of animal parts in it. It will turn ladies into exotic creatures like poofing up their dresses and their butts. And men's styles were the same during that time.

If you wanted your dress to be poofy, you have to wear a cage or a crinoline underneath, your dress. It was made your hips sway when you are walking.

Flounces and frills gave the illusion of every larger skirt. Some dresses were so wide that they could not fit through doors. As fashion changed, skirts got very short or having a short width. Like for example the 1910s or the 1930s. But, did you know the bulk was moved to the back, to form a bustle？

Footwear Advice

White shoes are perfect for average-length feet. Short feet look best in lengthy boots with buttons, on the side. When you have long feet, shoes with ornaments are good for you.
