The first day of school is almost here and we can't wait to see you on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. Below are a few things to know before the first day.

All of our schools will be holding in-person registration on Monday, August 7, 2023.

• 7 am - 6 pm | At ALL elementary school locations: Lewis & Clark, Lincoln, Sacajawea, Washington, Wilson, and Van Buren Elementary School
• 9 am - 7 pm | At ALL secondary school locations: Caldwell High, Canyon Springs, Jefferson Middle, and Syringa Middle School

We will be using a new Student Information System this fall. We are currently transitioning from Skyward to PowerSchool so that registering your student will be more intuitive.

For returning students who attended Caldwell Schools last school year, online registration will open on Tuesday, August 1st. If your student attended Caldwell School District last school year, you will receive an email from the District with a link specific to your student's registration. Once you receive that email, you will follow the directions to create a new parent portal account and register your student in PowerSchool.

Brand new students:

If your student is new and has never attended Caldwell School District, then you are now able to create a parent portal account and register your student. This is only for those students who have never attended Caldwell School District before.

• Here is a link to the requirements for 2023-24. Idaho law also allows for some exemptions to the required immunizations.

Southwest District Health and the Idaho Immunization Coalition will be at Lincoln Elementary on Monday, August 7, 2023, from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm to provide immunizations for students district-wide.

The City of Caldwell Engineering Department is in the middle of road construction that may cause delays traveling to and from school this fall.
