Morning Drop-off Changes
School Bus Routes
Attached are the bus routes for this school year. As always, please be patient on these beginning days as all of the little bugs on the schedule, such as late registrations affecting pickup/dropoff times, are worked through. Please allow 5-10 minutes leeway before and after the designated times until these times become more consistent. Bus routes can also be found on the school website. For our Career Center families, the bus will leave the parking lot at 6:35 promptly. This is 10 minutes earlier than normal, but accounts for construction and making sure we are early at the beginning of the year. If students choose to ride OR drive to the Career Center, they MUST have a permission form on file in the main office first. Failure to do so may jeopardize future driving opportunities. This policy is for safety purposes.
1st Day of School
For MS/HS families, if you were unable to pick up your schedules and chromebooks at our Open House and Schedule/Chromebook pick up, these can be picked up first thing in the morning on our first day of school next Monday, the 29th. Chromebooks can be picked up in the RTC room, MS schedules can be picked up from Mrs. Socha in the MS hallway next to Ms. Rinn’s room (Mr. Cruff’s old room), and HS schedules can be picked up from Mr. Ostrander in the hall next to the Innovation Lab. When picking up your chromebook, fliers are also provided offering the opportunity to purchase insurance for the school year. The cost is $22 for HP Chromebooks and $28 for Dell Chromebooks. This offer ends September 26. Insurance must be purchased online using the link below:

Middle School Field Trip to Hartley Outdoor Education Center
The trip will take place Wednesday, September 14th through Friday, September 16th, with students and teachers spending two nights at Hartley. While there, our students will participate in hands-on learning activities, House-centered team-building, and relationship building with their teachers and peers. To promote participation for this experience, both middle school football and volleyball teams will not have practice nor games during these days.
The head of Hartley, Eric Rutherford, will be on campus during our open house to field any questions that you may have about the trip. Additionally, the administration of AGS and Mr. Beardsley are great resources to get your questions answered. The cost of the trip is $20 and we encourage all students to participate. Grades will be given during the trip and students who choose not to attend will still be expected to do an alternative series of assignments during those three days.
Attached below this post are documents that will need to be completed and submitted prior to participation on the trip. Please don't wait and get started now on filling out and turning in these forms!
If you are interested in ordering Hartley Gear, the time to do so is now. Check out the attached order form below for details.
